In order to better solve the problem of piston jamming or pump wear caused by debris falling off due to aging and uneven wear of the sucker rod stabilizer block in oil well production, or by scale or other impurities on the inner wall of the pipe that cannot be completely removed during cleaning and over specification during operation, our company has developed a tubular pump scale reducer, which has successfully solved this problem.
Structural characteristics
The scale remover consists of two parts: the upper part of the pump and the lower part of the pump. The upper part of the pump consists of an upper joint, a housing, an inner central tube with a horn mouth at the top, a hollow sphere, and a lower joint. The lower part of the pump consists of an upper joint, a casing, an inner central pipe with a sieve hole on the upper part, and a lower joint. When using the scale remover, the upper and lower parts of the pump are respectively connected to the upper and lower parts of the tubular pump, and the fixed valve is connected to the lower part of the scale remover pump.
Lower part of the pump: During the process of lowering the plunger and sucker rod, the sucker rod rubs against the inner wall of the oil pipe, causing the scale and impurities on the inner wall of the oil pipe to fall off. The fallen scale and impurities enter the annular settling chamber of the lower part of the pump through the inner center tube and pump barrel of the upper part of the scale reducer, thereby avoiding the scale and impurities from falling onto the fixed valve and causing pump leakage.
Pump upper part: After the plunger enters the working cylinder, the steel ball with a central hole of the scale collector fitted on the extended rod immediately sits on the horn mouth at the top of the inner center pipe, so that the scale pieces, impurities and supporting block fragments that fall on the pipe wall during normal production will not fall into the working cylinder, but enter the annular settling chamber between the inner center pipe and the outer shell to collect the scale pieces and impurities, prevent pump jamming and wear, reduce the frequency and cycle of oil well operation, and ensure the qualification rate of pump inspection.
