This product can be used for anti-corrosion of various oil and gas production pipelines and casings, such as self spraying wells, pumping wells, submersible electric pump wells, injection wells, and natural gas wells.
Structural characteristics
The dual anti-corrosion tools for oil wells mainly consist of upper joints, support pipes, straightening rings, active metals, and outer pipes. This tool is connected to the tubing and is lowered into the well together with the tubing during operation. The tubing, casing, and active metal are in the same electrolyte environment to form a new macroscopic battery. The active metal forms a new anode, while the tubing and casing become cathodes. The active metal material is continuously consumed, thereby slowing down the corrosion of the tubing and casing and achieving the purpose of protecting them. The device is equipped with an outer tube and protective device to prevent active metal corrosion from falling into the well, reducing underground failures and operating costs.
