The adjustable offset rod sealer produced by our company is used to seal the rod of the pumping unit when it moves up and down, avoiding the leakage of crude oil from the oil well.
Structural characteristics
a、 Universal tilt adjustment function.
When there is a deviation between the pumping unit and the wellhead, the adjustable offset rod seal can be used for universal adjustment. The adjustment ball is matched with a spherical surface between the lower pressure cap and the lower joint. The adjustment ball can adjust the direction within a 360 degree range, allowing the rod seal to have a maximum adjustment function of 15 degrees, avoiding the problem of seal failure and rod wear caused by the deviation of the pumping rod and rod seal, resulting in uneven wear of the rod and rod seal.
b、 Pan Gen Energy Storage Automatic Compensation Function
The inner wall of the main packing box has a vertical energy storage groove, and the pressure cap is equipped with a disc spring. When the packing is tightened, the compression spring stores energy, and at the same time, a part of the packing is compressed in the groove to store some of the compressed energy. After the wear of the packing, the pressure on the contact surface between the packing and the rod decreases, and the elastic potential energy of the packing and the spring squeezed in the groove is released simultaneously, supplementing the pressure between the rod and the packing, making the packing have automatic compensation function after wear, reducing the number of times the packing is tightened.
c、 Pan root anti eccentric wear function
Due to the vertical energy storage groove provided in the main disk root box, when the rotating pressure cap tightens the main disk root, both the main disk root and the main disk root box can rotate simultaneously, causing the eccentric wear position of the disk root to rotate to another angle, avoiding sealing failure caused by long-term eccentric wear in the same direction. Tightening the packing and adjusting the eccentric wear are completed simultaneously during use, extending the service life of the seal.
d、 Non pressure relief and disc replacement function
As an auxiliary seal, when the main seal needs to be replaced, the auxiliary seal box is rotated in the opposite direction (the connection between the auxiliary seal box and the adjusting ball is a reverse thread), and the auxiliary seal box is tightened to tightly fit the auxiliary seal box and the light rod. The auxiliary seal box plays a temporary sealing role and does not require oil well venting and pressure relief. The main seal box can be directly replaced to avoid crude oil leakage, environmental pollution, and reduce the replacement time of the seal box.
e、 Characteristics of Pangen:
As the working seal, the main packing adopts integral spiral sealing packing, which is made of specially made cloth clip oil resistant nitrile rubber, with anti-aging and strong compensation performance. The main packing has an ultra long service life. The auxiliary packing is a combined packing. The design of the packing is based on the plunger sealing principle of the three cylinder plunger pump. The auxiliary packing 1 is made of cloth clip oil resistant nitrile rubber, which has good extrusion resistance, aging resistance and strong compensation performance; Fupan Root 2 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good thermal stability, anti friction and self-lubricating properties, as well as acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance. The unique cross-sectional shape of the design allows the sealing ring to undergo significant radial deformation when subjected to axial compression, resulting in good radial compensation performance. At the same time, it also has good liquid self sealing and self-lubricating properties.
f、 There is an oil storage tank between the packing cap and the disc spring, which can be filled with lubricating oil to lubricate the rod and packing, reducing wear on the rod and packing.
