Multi functional tube inspection device

The multifunctional pipe inspection device developed by our company is mainly used for sealing the water well column during water well operations.

Structural characteristics

The pipe inspection device mainly consists of a sealed valve body and inspection steel balls. When lowering the pipe column, connect the sealing valve body of the pipe inspection device to the upper end of the packer and lower it into the well. After the pipe column construction is completed, if it is necessary to check whether the pipe column is sealed properly, a special steel ball is inserted from the wellhead, and then a pressure test is conducted from the wellhead to determine whether the pipe column or tool is sealed properly. After passing the pressure test, the steel ball can be washed out of the ground by backwashing the well. It can also be equipped with a specially designed directional single flow valve and an impact type liquid inlet to achieve the process of reducing the liquid level in the well.
