Temperature controlled anti overflow filtration device

To overcome the safety hazards in the construction of low-pressure underground tailpipes, our company has developed a temperature controlled overflow filtration device. This device can not only prevent overflow during the construction of the lower tail pipe, but also prevent the problem of pump jamming caused by the entry of contaminated materials into the pipe column with the oil flow in the well. Moreover, it does not delay subsequent production after being lowered into the well, providing a safety guarantee for the construction of the lower tail pipe without pressure.

To overcome the safety hazards in the construction of low-pressure underground tailpipes, our company has developed a temperature controlled overflow filtration device. This device can not only prevent overflow during the construction of the lower tail pipe, but also prevent the problem of pump jamming caused by the entry of contaminated materials into the pipe column with the oil flow in the well. Moreover, it does not delay subsequent production after being lowered into the well, providing a safety guarantee for the construction of the lower tail pipe without pressure.

Structural characteristics

The device is mainly composed of three parts: the oil pipe body, stainless steel mesh, and sealing material. The pressure bearing parts are all forged from alloy steel and have good comprehensive mechanical properties. All metal parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment and have good anti-corrosion performance.

The temperature controlled overflow filtration device is a device that has connected holes and threaded threads on the oil pipe body. It is lined with stainless steel mesh and embedded with rivets on the inner wall of the pipe. The sealing material, mainly composed of paraffin, is dripped and sealed inside the connected holes of the pipe. After solidification, the sealing material is attached and fixed with threaded threads. The pressure resistance is 3-5 MPa, and the melting point of the sealing material can be controlled at 40-70 ℃. With the deepening of the tubing string, the sealing material melts into liquid at high temperatures inside the well, which does not affect the normal production of the oil well pump, thus achieving the goal of preventing overflow during non pressure well construction.

This device uses a non pressure well device to first lower the sand settling pipe into the well, connect a plug under the sand settling pipe, and keep the pipe column in a sealed state. As the depth of the pipe column is deepened, the temperature inside the well gradually increases, and the sealing material gradually melts with the increase of well temperature, exposing the stainless steel mesh and providing filtration.
