The API C series pumping unit is a conventional beam pumping unit that adopts a crank balance method. It is a common and widely used ground power equipment in oil field rod oil production operations.
The product complies with API Spec 11E "Specification for Pumping Units" and other relevant standards.
Structural characteristics
a、 By utilizing modular and virtual manufacturing technology for design, the product structure is optimized, and the standardization, universality, and serialization of components are high.
b、 Finite element analysis is conducted on key structural components, resulting in stable performance and high reliability.
c、 Reasonable structure, stable operation, low noise, and easy operation and maintenance.
d、 The reducer adopts symmetrical split involute or double arc herringbone gear transmission, with good sealing, low noise, smooth operation, reliable and durable.
e、 The beam adopts H-shaped steel structure, which has high strength, good rigidity, and large bearing capacity.
f、 The donkey head adopts a suspended structure, and when repairing the well, the donkey head is removed.
g、 The bracket adopts a three legged structure, which is easy to install and operate.
