In order to adapt to the development of the oilfield industry and the current situation of oil fields in China, and in response to the insufficient energy of the reservoir for self injection and the need for a large number of deep pumping, long stroke, low stroke, and energy-saving pumping units, our factory has developed a series of diameter and torque adjustment pumping units. This series of pumping units complies with relevant standards such as GB/T29021 "Beam pumping units for petroleum and natural gas industries" and API.
Structural characteristics
This series of pumping units is evolved from the conventional beam pumping unit. It not only maintains the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance, but also has the advantages of smooth operation, small additional dynamic load, long stroke, low energy consumption, and high comprehensive efficiency. It is an ideal and advanced surface oil production equipment.
This series of pumping units is highly suitable for the extraction of medium and low viscosity crude oil and high water content crude oil. For horizontal wells, deviated wells, and viscous crude oil wells that are difficult to extract under normal working conditions, with the cooperation of our factory, the specifications of the reducer and motor can be appropriately increased to reduce the impulse to achieve extraction.
